Why isn’t my provider profile showing up in a search?

User profiles must be linked to a clinic in order to show up in a search. 

Log in, access the navigation in the top left corner of the screen, and select “Account.” 

If there is no clinic listed

Make sure to add providers to your clinic or your clinic will not be searchable on the directory. 

If you already have your clinic listed

Be sure both your clinic and provider profiles are published.

The provider location must be within the view of the map. If you search by selecting a US state or Canadian province, the map will default to the center of that state or province. Move the map to include the area of the state or province you wish to search.
